Zu gro\u00df der Reiz, die wunderbaren asiatischen Raubkatzen aus n\u00e4chster N\u00e4he beobachten, ihr Verhalten zu studieren und sie fotografieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Also war ich froh, \u00fcberhaupt noch zwei N\u00e4chte zu finden, die ich buchen konnte, denn die Lodge ist quasi ausgebucht. Vom 07. bis zum 09.06.2026 war ich also in Schwerin und wohnte in der L\u00f6wenlodge, einem Ferienhaus, das in den Zaun der des L\u00f6wengeheges eingebaut ist.<\/p>\n<p>Kaum hatte ich meinen Koffer und den Fotorucksack abgestellt, da tauchten die Tiere auch schon vor meiner gro\u00dfen Scheibe auf und ich habe erstmal die Kamera rausgeholt und wild drauflos fotografiert. Na ja, einmal darf man das ja ruhig.<\/p>\n<p>In Schwerin leben 8 asiatische L\u00f6wen in einem Rudel, dass nunmehr wieder zusammengef\u00fchrt ist, nachdem die drei Jungtiere, die L\u00f6win Heidi am 07.01.2026 zur Welt gebracht hat, inzwischen f\u00fcnf Monate alt sind. Die &#8220;Kleinen&#8221;, die auf einigen Bildern gleich sehr niedlich aussehen, sind mittlerweile etwa sch\u00e4ferhundgro\u00df und keine Kuschelk\u00e4tzchen mehr. Sie spielte auch mit den drei Kleinen, war aber oft etwas au\u00dfen vor. Wenn man ihnen aus dieser N\u00e4he eine Weile zuschaut, dann bemerkt man, dass sie einerseits noch sehr naiv und kindlich wirken. Manchmal schauen sie verloren in die Gegend, wirken vertr\u00e4umt und eben wie kleine Kinder. da auf der anderen Seite auch diese k\u00e4mpferisch wilden Momente, in denen der J\u00e4ger und K\u00e4mpfer sichtbar wird. Da wird mit Papa gek\u00e4mpft (s.o.), mit Mama und auch mit den Geschwistern. Da werden die Krallen gewetzt und das Seil zerrissen. So nah kommt man den beeindruckenden Raubkatzen! Man kann ihr Verhalten studieren, viele Details erkennen und als Fotograf nat\u00fcrlich auch sehr sch\u00f6ne Aufnahmen machen. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend und wohnlich, so dass f\u00fcr mich gilt: Die L\u00f6wenlodge wird fester Bestandteil meiner Jahresplanung!<\/p>\n<p>Gibt es denn nur L\u00f6wen im Zoo? Nat\u00fcrlich nicht, welche Tiere ich au\u00dferdem in Szene setzen konnte, das erfahrt Ihr in Teil 2 meiner Trilogie zum Wohnen mit den L\u00f6wen.
