{"id":6369,"date":"2026-09-11T05:04:35","date_gmt":"2026-09-11T03:04:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marioporten.de\/?p=6369"},"modified":"2026-09-10T15:33:29","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T13:33:29","slug":"besonders-wertvoll-am-01-und-02-09-2026-in-der-seehundstation-friedrichskoog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marioporten.de\/?p=6369","title":{"rendered":"Besonders wertvoll: Am 01. und 02.09.2026 in der Seehundstation Friedrichskoog"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mindestens einmal im Jahr zieht es mich an die Westk\u00fcste in die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seehundstation-friedrichskoog.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Seehund(aufzucht)station nach Friedrichskoog<\/a>. Diese Einrichtung kann man f\u00fcr Schleswig-Holstein sicher ohne zu z\u00f6gern als besonders wertvoll bezeichnen. 200-250 Heuler werden dort jedes Jahr aufgezogen und anschlie\u00dfend wieder ausgewildert. Alles Tiere, die aus unterschiedlichen Gr\u00fcnden ihre Mutter verloren haben oder verletzt wurden. Die allermeisten von ihnen h\u00e4tten ohne die Aufzucht in der Station keine \u00dcberlebenschance. Die Menschen in Friedrichskoog leisten damit einen wertvollen Beitrag zum Erhalt der Natur vor unserer Haust\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>In der Station leben auch f\u00fcnf Dauerhaltungstiere, die aus unterschiedlichen Gr\u00fcnden nicht ausgewildert werden konnten und daher dauerhaft in der Station verbleiben. Aktuell sind dies die Kegelrobben Juris und Nemi und die drei Seehunde Hein, Snorre und Mareike. Gerade bei ihren kommentierten F\u00fctterungen kann man viel \u00fcber die beiden gr\u00f6\u00dften in Deutschland lebenden Raubtiere lernen und es macht Spa\u00df zu sehen, mit wieviel Freude die Tiere am Training teilnehmen. Man wei\u00df nat\u00fcrlich, was nach jeder gelungenen \u00dcbung kommt: der Belohnungsfisch! Das Training basiert auf Freiwilligkeit und positiver Sanktionierung.<\/p>\n<p>Ich versuche immer mindestens 4-5 Stunden pro Tag vor Ort zu verbringen und so komme ich meist auch zu der Gelegenheit, besondere Fotos, insbesondere Tiergesichter, zu fotografieren. Am zweiten Tag bot sich bei herrlichem Sonnenschein eine solche Gelegenheit, als sich Kegelrobbendame Nemi zwei Stunden lang auf einem Felsen sonnte. Mir f\u00e4llt es trotz aller vor Ort gegebenen Hinweise schwer, die drei im Wasser auseinanderzuhalten. Egal ob allein oder zu zweit mit einem Tierpfleger, die Tiere absolvieren ihr Training genauso wie die Kegelrobben mit sichtlichem Spa\u00df an der Sache. Anfang September in die Station f\u00e4hrt, dann sind die Heuler nat\u00fcrlich keine Heuler mehr. Da die meisten Seehunde im Juni geboren werden, sind sie Anfang September bereits zu stattlichen jungen Seehunden herangewachsen. Am 01.09. waren noch 106 Jungtiere vor Ort, wobei 16 von ihnen an diesem Tag ausgewildert wurden. In der Spitze im Juli bzw. Anfang August habe ich schon \u00fcber 200 Jungtiere vor Ort angetroffen. Das Gewusel in den nicht direkt zug\u00e4nglichen Aufzuchtbecken ist dann besonders gro\u00df, aber auch so war noch einiges los. Bilder von den Jungtieren kann man nur unter Inkaufnahme von Einschr\u00e4nkungen von den Aussichtsplattformen oder an einer Ecke am Beginn des Aufzuchtbereiches machen, so dass die Bildqualit\u00e4t teilweise nicht optimal ist. Das ist halt so, denn wichtig ist allein, dass die Tiere m\u00f6glichst wild bleiben und gesund und gut vorbereitet zur\u00fcck in die Freiheit kommen. diesem Jahr habe ich wieder ein Patentier in der Station, die jede Unterst\u00fctzung gut gebrauchen kann. Mein &#8220;Patenkind&#8221; kam am 18.06. wenige Tage alt in die Station nachdem sie in Hedwigenkoog ohne Mutter gefunden wurde. Da die Station vor Ort \u00fcber ein sehr gutes Informationssystem verf\u00fcgt, wusste ich schlie\u00dflich, in welchem Becken ich suchen musste. Am zweiten Tag befanden sich noch drei Tiere n diesem Becken und ich fotografierte fr\u00f6hlich drauf los, wann immer ich eines der drei Tiere erwischen konnte. Dann hei\u00dft es selber Fische fangen und ein hoffentlich gutes und langes Leben genie\u00dfen. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut, dass sie es dank der wunderbaren Menschen vor Ort geschafft hat und ich einen kleinen Beitrag dazu leisten konnte. Mach&#8217;s gut im gro\u00dfen weiten Meer und hab immer einen Hering zu viel im Bauch!<\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht gibt es ja den ein oder anderen, der die Arbeit der Seehundstation ebenfalls unterst\u00fctzen m\u00f6chte, wof\u00fcr es so viele M\u00f6glichkeiten gibt. Was wollen wir sch\u00fctzen und unterst\u00fctzen, wenn nicht die Natur vor unserer Haust\u00fcr? F\u00fcr mich wird es jedenfalls auch in 2027 wieder mindestens ein Patentier sein und ich freue mich schon auf meine Westk\u00fcstentour im n\u00e4chsten Jahr.<\/p>\n<p>Die Westk\u00fcste ist so ganz anders als unsere Ostseeseite von Schleswig-Holstein. Viel mehr Weite, viel mehr Schafe, mehr Wind und mehr&#8230; nichts.
